My background: I offer 9 years of coaching experience and integrate research and training from my MSc in Applied Psychology and NYU Organizational and Executive Coaching Certification. As a former athlete and sports coach, I also bring experience in mindset training, mind/body awareness and visualization into each coaching engagement.

I believe in a humanistic naturalist approach to coaching, focusing on each person as whole, unique, and connected in mind and body, and with the natural world.
Everything we do affects our minds and bodies. If we take a walk outside, get sleep, care for our plants, or smile at a stranger, it can have a positive effect on our physical, mental and emotional well-being. Awareness of the mind body connection and the nurturing power of nature can keep you focused in the present moment, optimistic, and moving forward toward your goals.

Working with me as your coach, you receive a dedicated cheerleader and a fully invested collaborator for your success. If you grew up playing sports, learning an instrument, or doing an activity, someone may have guided your path. We have more opportunity to reach our goals when someone supports our development and provides a path to craft our own success.
